Vindictus does not have this, the fact that it's possible to get 0-1 of an item per run makes expertise, or farming for anything in general, a horrible despair filled RNG fest. Now provided you aren't going after that monsters ultra rare part, you are guaranteed to get at least 1 of what you need at the end of the quest, because there is such a thing as 'quest rewards' that are part of the quest itself, and not drops from the hunt or carve.
